Shipping & Delivery Policy
Priva Collective is committed to delivering your order with high-quality packaging within the given timeframe. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, using reputed courier agencies.
Domestic Shipping:
- Orders within India are shipped through DTDC and Professional Couriers.
- Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 8-10 working days. Delivery time excludes payment verification and administrative processes.
- Domestic shipping charges are minimal and calculated based on the order weight at checkout. The minimum shipping charge is ₹200.
International Shipping:
- We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping charges for international customers are calculated during checkout based on the order value and dimensions.
- International Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 11 to 15 working days. Delivery time excludes payment verification and administrative processes.
- Customs and duties for international customers are borne by the customer and cannot be estimated by us.
Order Tracking:
- Upon dispatch, the tracking number will be shared via email or phone to track the shipment.
- We are not liable for courier company delays but will assist in tracking your package through our partnering courier company.
